2 Eligible Refund Conditions

You are eligible for a 100% full refund under the following conditions:

• Extended Service Downtime: If major core tools included in your plan experience continuous downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours and our support team is unable to provide mirror backups.
• Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription due to a payment gateway glitch.
• Trial Cancellation Request: If you submit a refund request within 3 days of your initial plan purchase and have not performed abnormal bulk data downloads.

3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

• Account suspension due to multi-user account sharing or proxy abuse.
• Abnormal bulk data scraping or automated script exploitation detected on third-party tools.
