Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to any pricing plan, or using Metaheart Tools ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using Metaheart Tools services.

Single-User Personal License Policy
Every Metaheart Tools subscription is strictly licensed for one (1) single individual user on their primary personal computer.
Account sharing, reselling access, sharing login credentials, or using automated proxy networks to access Metaheart Tools from multiple simultaneous IP locations is strictly prohibited.
Our automated security monitoring system detects suspicious simultaneous IP logins. Accounts found violating the single-user policy will be permanently suspended without refund.

Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan (Blogger's Plan, Pro Plan, Superior Pro, or Designer).
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard.
- Prices are subject to revision with a minimum 14-day advance notice sent to your registered email.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Usage
When accessing third-party tools via Metaheart Tools 1-click system, you agree NOT to:
- Use automated web crawlers, bots, or data scraping scripts to mass-extract data from third-party tools.
- Attempt to extract, view, edit, or tamper with third-party account cookies or passwords.
- Perform illegal activities, copyright infringement, or spam keyword research.
